The Media Ministry is responsible for using technology and media to help the church share its message, engage the congregation, and reach a broader audience, all the while enhancing the overall worship experience. It allows us to take the gospel to those who may be sick, shut-in, or even working as an inability to attend worship services. But we certainly would prefer to have your presence as, “…we forsake not the assembling of ourselves together…”, as the Bible says.
Live Streaming Services – responsible for broadcasting church services and events to a wider audience through livestreaming. This allows members who cannot attend in person to participate remotely. The Media Ministry manages the sound system and other various equipment to ensure quality audio and visual during services and events. Sermons and worship services are recorded and archived for later viewing, for creating podcasts (coming in the near future!) or video content. In addition, they oversee equipment maintenance and upgrades to ensure it remains functional and up to date. They conduct the training of volunteers and staff to effectively use media equipment/software, empowering others to contribute to the ministry.
Maintaining the church’s website and social media accounts to keep members and the community informed about upcoming events and sharing inspirational content. Producing content and event posters to convey the messages, engage the congregation, and attract new members.
